We take pride in the quality of our network. If you are unable to connect to our proxies due to a technical failure on our end, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

  • Proxies that have been used for more than 500MB of bandwidth.
  • Payments made via Cryptocurrencies (due to market volatility).
  • Charges resulting from account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming, DDoS).
  • Partial usage of month-long plans where the proxies are functional.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please open a technical support ticket through your dashboard. Our engineers will audit the connection logs and usage data. Approved refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Abuse of Policy

We monitor for patterns of refund abuse. Customers who repeatedly purchase and refund proxies across multiple accounts will be permanently blacklisted from our infrastructure.
